Through the VSB Mentor Program,
undergraduate students are paired with alumni mentors in one to one relationships which run
from sophomore to senior year. This establishes a foundation for career development, success
and fulfillment.

Mentor

Mentors are professionals who guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. Mentors are all Villanova Alumni. (Students should sign up as a mentee.)
